Statement of Faith
Why Maximum Christian School?
Because you are committed to finding a place where your kids can get a good education that is rooted in the Christian faith. You want teachers who understand learning styles and have developed both traditional and non-traditional approaches to schooling that focus on the growth of your child’s spiritual, physical, and mental development. You want your child to flourish in an environment where they can learn and grow in the context of the Christian faith.
Statement of Faith
At Maximum Christian School, we want to support families by providing an excellent and God-honoring
educational system that promotes the standards and qualifications by which we are called to live. In
step with that, we believe that the best way to teach is in line with God’s holy and inspired word, the
Bible. We believe that any environment can be a discipling interaction, and we vow to engrain the Word
of God into the students’ hearts and minds. Per the organizational structure of the ministry, the CEO is
the designated authority for matters of faith and conduct and is authorized to speak for Maximum
Christian School, its board, and any ministry of the organization, and state its position on any disputed
issue.
We believe:
JESUS CHRIST
Jesus Christ is at the center of everything. We believe that Jesus is the only one who can reconcile us to
God. He lived a sinless and exemplary life, died on the cross in our place, and rose again to prove His
victory and empower us for life. We believe that Jesus Christ is coming back again as He promised.
THE TRINITY
We believe in one eternal God who is the Creator of all things. He exists in three Persons: God the
Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. He is totally loving and completely holy.
THE BIBLE
We believe that the Bible is God’s Word. It is accurate, authoritative, and applicable to our everyday
lives.
THE SEPARATION
We believe that sin has separated each of us from God and His purpose for our lives.
THE RECONCILIATION
We believe that to receive forgiveness and a fresh start with God, we must repent of our sins, believe in
Jesus, and commit to His will for our lives.
THE CHURCH
We believe in the power and significance of the Church and the necessity of believers to meet regularly
together.
MARRIAGE
God created and sanctioned marriage to bring together men and women, the complementary halves of
humanity, by joining them in “one-flesh” unions (Gen. 2:18-25). Marriage between one biological man
and one biological woman for life uniquely reflects Christ’s relationship with His Church (Eph. 5:21-33).
Marriage also serves as the foundational unit of a stable society (1 Cor. 7:2) and provides the best
chance that children will grow up in the same home with both their mom and their dad.
SEXUALITY
God wonderfully and immutably creates each person as either male or female (Gen. 1:26-27). To claim
to be the opposite sex is to reject God’s design and the person He created them to be.
SANCTITY OF HUMAN LIFE
We believe in the sanctity of human life from conception to natural death (Psalm 139:13-16).
