Looking back, I can’t believe how hard and for how long we anguished over taking our kids out of public school. What were we thinking? So, at any rate Maximum Christian School was the perfect transition for us from ginormous, chaotic, impersonal schooling to the chill, playful, wholesome atmosphere that we are now experiencing at MCS. The biggest mistake was not doing it sooner.

I tried homeschooling for a couple of years due to safety concerns in the public schools. Once I found Maximum and visited, I knew I had found a safe, nurturing place for my kids to learn and make friends. My heart that was willing to homeschool if that is what I needed to do to keep my kids safe, is completely at peace when my kids are at school. And my energy level to be all that I can be for my kids is better now because I participate as much or as little as I can or want to. Truth be told - the teachers are, of course, doing a better job with the academics than I would have ever done, even on my best day. I enjoyed homeschooling to a point, but now I have time and energy for our afternoons and evenings. I like the lifestyle that Maximum has made possible for me and my kids.

Our daughter is about to enter High School and we can’t be more satisfied with the incredible foundation she has received at MCS. She’s confident in her academics, communicates clearly, and thinks critically—skills we’ve watched her develop over the past 5 years. Even more importantly, she’s grounded in her faith and makes positive, thoughtful decisions. We’re grateful for the strong preparation and Christ-centered guidance she’s received.
